Step One: All aspiring students who want to study in listed Countries are required to visit our office for a free counseling where all required information is given to student regarding the various faculties available and also details about that particular country. However the student and parents needs to undertake steps as he/she feels necessary to satisfy himself/herself regarding the decision of enrolling and studying in that particular country.

Step Two: Once the parent and student has satisfied himself/herself about all the benefits and disadvantages of studying in that particular country, the student is required to make an application with universal consultant for the chosen university. The seats are limited in the listed countries hence are given strictly on a first come first served basis and depends on the final discretion of the university as per the availability and marks in the 12th standard examination. The student along with the application must submit all the documents as specified in the site/brochure.

Step Three: Once the documents are submitted to Universal Consultants the student apply for his passport (if not available). The issuance of the passport normally takes around 45 days and any delay in applying would delay the departure of the student to that particular country.

Step Four: All medical students are also required to apply for the eligibility certificate as required by the Medical Council of India (for Indian students) whose application form is available with Universal Consultants who will assist you for applying the same.

Step Five: Once the application is accepted by the university, a letter of admission confirming the reservation of the seat is issued by the university to Universal Consultants. The original letter is sent by the university to our office. This letter of admission is then given to the student to enable him to further process his bank loan.

Step Six: The student has to do his/her medical tests (HIV test etc.) as directed by Universal Consultants.

Step Seven: Upon receiving the passport and the visa invitation from the university, Universal Consultants will make the application for the stamping of the visa to the Embassy / Consulate. After visa stamping Universal Consultants will hand over the original passport to the student..

Step Eight: The student is expected to complete his packing and make all necessary arrangements to travel as per the date intimated by Universal Consultants. He/she should also verify that all necessary documentation has been completed.
