I / We hereby apply for education in China on the basis of the above I / We fully understand that it is an application and my/ our case admission is subject to approval by the concerned University/ Institute/ Academy/ College. I /We also understand that once the admission letter is secured by you from the university confirming my/ our seat, No refund in the application amount & also the service charges payable would be entertained I/ We would therefore be liable for all payments as mentioned in the schedule of service charges explained payable to Universal Consultants or their associates and also the concerned fees or charges of University/ Institution / Academy / College.
Furthermore, I agree:
- To comply with the rules of admission and enrolment to the University in China where I seek admission.
- TO notify Universal Consultants or their associated immediately if there is any change in the information I have given on this application.
I understand that:
The University may obtain official record from any institution I have attended previously.
- Universal Consultants is not responsible for documents submitted, and the documents become the property of the University.
- The University may vary or cancel any decision it makes if the information I have given is incorrect or incomplete.
- The University need not re-enroll me if I do complete my studies satisfactorily in each year.
- I cannot ask the University or Universal Consultants or their associates to help me if I run short of funds and the responsibility of Universal Consultants rest only till my admission is secured in the University.
- The role of Universal or Universal Consultants or their associates is limited only to secure my admission after which the student becomes a member of the student fraternity of the University.
- Furthermore, I shall indemnify and keep indemnified Universal Consultants and their associates of all claims, monetary or otherwise on account of this application and for all actions of mine during my stay in China.
- I am aware of the fact that the invitation (visa) is subject to approval of Chinese Government.
- No refund partly or fully will be given by University / Institute / Academy / College admitted by Universal Consultants or their associates paid by the student if the student leaves the University / Institute / Academy / College due to any reason.
- I am aware of tuition costs and living expenses and have sufficient resources to cover the full period of study. I declare the information I have given in this application is true and correct.
